We are in unprecedented times, and like all of you, Kenna Security is focused on providing our services to customers while ensuring the health and safety of our employees, families, and communities.
We understand that the customers we serve are also focused on these same goals and must maintain business continuity through this ever-evolving situation. The entire Kenna team is committed and focused on maintaining platform service and support levels for our customer base. Below are some key actions we’ve taken:
- We have worked diligently to ensure that the Kenna team has all of the tools, support, and processes in place to deliver our services as usual and without disruption.
- Like many of you, while we have suspended business travel, our customer support, customer success, and customer engineers are fully staffed and conducting proactive outreach to partner with our customers and identify how we can best support any transitions they may be undertaking.
- In addition, to ensure that the greater cybersecurity community has access to the best available vulnerability intelligence and information, we offer free resources like our Exploit Prediction Scoring System Calculator, vulnerablecontainers.org, and Prioritization to Prediction research series to assist with vulnerability prioritization and maintaining security for your respective organization.
Some of the best resources and guidance come from our community and we encourage our customers to visit Kenna Defenders to engage with other customers, share stories, and learn best practices and tips.
